Mandeep Kaur Tangra is the founder & COO of a series of ventures, mainly SimbaQuartz-An IT Services and Digital Marketing company, located in village
Tangra, rural location in Punjab. From past ten years, Mandeep is working on a vision of “Changing Lives” by setting up an IT Village in the rural roots of Punjab. She has successfully built team of 100+ employees. She is passionate to work on setting up IT villages and curb Village to city Migration, Unemployment, and Brain Drain. She believes “ Tangra Business Model” could be replicated and can generate lacs of White-Collar Jobs in India not only in IT but in various other sectors.
Mandeep is an MBA graduate and a University topper from LPU. Mandeep has appeared as a speaker, twice at TEDx, corporates, the United States, Dubai, IITs/IIMs and many other elite institutes, delivered topics on Entrepreneurship, Technology & Philanthropy. Under her philanthropic work, she has successfully organized 500+ Shoe Giving & Food Sharing campaigns. Her venture has been awarded as “The Up-coming Start-up of The Year 2016" by ASSOCHAM India and received an Alumni Award for Social Entrepreneurship in 2019. She has also been a University Student Ambassador for the Year 2020 for LPU. She is currently the President of “Amritsar Founders” for the year2022.
Mandeep has been recognized at various stages more than 500 times. More than 1 million people follow her work on social media. In February 2022 & April 2022, to study the unique business model Mandeep’s venture SimbaQuartz has been personally visited & appreciated by Mr. Manish Sisodia, Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi & has also been recognized by Mr. Arvind Kejriwal-Chief Minister of Delhi. On 28th April, 2022 Mandeep has been invited by Shri Narendra Modi at Prime Minister’s Residence as a part of “Sikh Delegates from the Corporate World”. Mandeep’s profile has been selected on the basis of her remarkable work in the field of Entrepreneurship. She has been also Invited by Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Ministry of North Eastern Region & Ministry of MSME at various stages all over India.
