Refund and Return Policy

Refunds guidelines for exchange products

  •   Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  •   We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  •   If your return is approved, We will deduct the shipping charges from total amount and after deducting the shipping charges the rest amount will be refunded.

  •   We will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment).

  •   You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days mostly it is 10 -15 days, depending on your bank/card issuer's policies.

 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging (together with all items and manuals) within 2 days of the date of receipt. We will deduct the shipping charges from the total amount and after deducting the shipping charges the rest amount will be refunded.

We will gladly return your money.

How to request a return

Step 1.

Raise a return request through website or call us at 1800 121 4898 to make arrangements for a return. We will need the Order id, ordering date, receiving date, product name, and quantity to be returned.

Step 2.

Ship the product which is not used and which is in original condition, tags, and packaging to Simacart. Refer Shipping guidelines for returned products.

Step 3.

After receiving the shipment, we will notify you the same and then initiate inspection of product to check refund eligibility. Refer Refunds guidelines for returned products.

Returns guidelines

  •   You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  •   To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  •   If item is used we do not entertain your request.

  •   Your item must be in the original condition, tags, and packaging.

  •   Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  •   Once we receive your request for cancellation, we will check your eligibility and do the further process.

  •   We will immediately notify you of the status of your cancellation and refund amount.

  •   If your cancellation is approved, We will refund your full amount.

  •   We will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment).

  •   You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days mostly it is 10 -15 days, depending on your bank/card issuer's policies.
