Tangra, rural location in Punjab. From past ten years, Mandeep is working on a vision of “Changing Lives” by setting up an IT Village in the rural roots of Punjab. She has successfully built a team of 100+ employees. She is passionate to work on setting up IT villages and curb Village to city Migration, Unemployment, and Brain Drain. She believes “ Tangra Business Model” could be replicated and can generate lacs of White-Collar Jobs in India, not only in IT but in various other sectors.
